The workshops will give each company, investment project owner, embassy and commercial representative attending the summit specific and targeted information on the legal and fiscal framework applicable to each industry from top specialists.

Each of the conferences will focus on a specific industry that holds tremendous potential, both in Romania and in the CEE region: Energy, Infrastructure, Real Estate, IT&C, Agriculture and Auto.

The workshops will give each company, investment project owner, embassy and commercial representative attending the summit specific and targeted information on the legal and fiscal framework applicable to each industry from top specialists. Moreover, invited speakers will present case studies that contain viable insight on how one can start and grow a business in Romania.

The Summit represents the natural evolution of Business Review’s Country Focus events. While the Country Focus events were dedicated mainly to some of the most dynamic foreign investors’ communities active in Romania, the Foreign Investors Summit will bring at the same table new CEE investors that see the potential of expanding in Romania as well as local business people looking for partners from abroad.

About the organizers

Business Review is Romania’s leading English-language business magazine, serving top-level executives, senior managers, investors and decision makers, both Romanian and international, as well as diplomats and business travelers.

Published continuously since 1998, the magazine has developed over time to become an integrated presence, including an online platform for news on local business and life and living in Romania, and an events division targeting the business-to-business market.

About Romania

Romania's economy grew by 5.2 per cent year-on-year in the final quarter 2013 and 3.5 percent overall, one of the highest growths in the European Union. Moreover, the Romanian Government will support 10 economic sectors in a bid to boost competitiveness by 2020: tourism, auto-industry, IT, energy, agriculture, textiles, pharma, furniture, creative arts and the food industry.

All signs seem to indicate that now is the perfect time to invest in Romania and the Forum Investors Summit is the perfect place to start.
