The ceremony was attended from the side of the Foundation of the Hellenic World: by the second Vice-President of IME Ambassador in honor Mr. Elias Klis, the Managing Director of IME Mr Dimitris Efraimoglou, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Friends of IME Mrs.Litsa Panagiotopoulou and Secretary General Ms. Loukia Papachatzi.
The ceremony was attended from the side of the Foundation of the Hellenic World: by the second Vice-President of IME Ambassador in honor Mr. Elias Klis, the Managing Director of IME Mr Dimitris Efraimoglou, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Friends of IME Mrs.Litsa Panagiotopoulou and Secretary General Ms. Loukia Papachatzi.

On Tuesday September 18, 2018 an MoU signed between the EPLO and the Foundation of the Hellenic World (IME) at the EPLO premises at the Roman Agora. 

The MoU was signed by Professor Spyridon Flogaitis, Director of the EPLO and the Vice-President of the Foundation of the Hellenic World Mrs. Sofia Kounenaki Efraimoglou.

The ceremony was attended from the side of the Foundation of the Hellenic World: by the second Vice-President of IME Ambassador in honor Mr. Elias Klis, the Managing Director of IME Mr Dimitris Efraimoglou, the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Friends of IME Mrs.Litsa Panagiotopoulou and Secretary General Ms. Loukia Papachatzi. 

On behalf of the European Public Law Organization the signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Nicholas Kanellopoulos, President of the Institute for Justice and Development of the EPLO, Ambassador Karolos Gadis, the representative of the Organization Mr. Yannis Politis, the EPLO Fund Raising Director Mr. Thanos Niforos, the Academic Director of EKEME Mr. Antonis Papayannidis and the Chairman of the Scientific Council of EKEME Professor Mr. Nikos Fragakis, as well as other members of the Board of Directors and the Scientific Council of the Organization.

The signing of the Memorandum marks the initiation of cooperation between the two institutions in the fields of education, research and culture. 

Joint actions include: summer education programs in the fields of European law and political science for high school students, rhetoric races, simulation of meetings of international organizations, virtual trials involving groups from schools, workshops, lectures.
