N. Peter Kramer, editor-in-chief and Brussels correspondent of the "European Business Review (EBR)", received the "AEJ Journalism Prize" personally from His Excellency the President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos. The prestigious ceremony took place in Athens on April 20 at the office of the European Parliament in Greece.

Athanassios Papandropoulos, Honorary President of AEJ Int. and President of AEJ Greece, mentioned in his speech the quality of Kramer’s journalistic work and his continuous reporting about the struggle towards European integration. In his response Kramer said that it was a real honour to receive the AEJ Journalism Prize. He referred to the many crises the EU and the Eurozone have to go through. As a positive point he noted that “at least it gives journalists a lot of work to do”; “ but hopefully handled with responsibility and professionalism", he added.

The "AEJ Journalism Prize" is organised by the Greek section of the "Association of European Journalists (AEJ)".
