Sixt offers mobility in almost all of Eastern Europe

The mobility services provider Sixt AG is expanding its presence in the Eastern European market  and is now represented in almost all of the countries in this region. The Company has gained a national franchise partner in the Ukraine that is experienced in both vehicle rental and leasing business, and that already manages the vehicle fleets of international groups such as Hexal.

Sixt has begun by launching 150 premium and mid-range vehicles in the Ukraine (Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi), and offers its service at the three most important economic locations of Kiev, Odessa and Kharkiv.

The Company aims to at least double its Ukrainian fleet in the coming years, and to rapidly expand its network of rental offices.

Sixt has been represented in Eastern Europe by franchise partners since 1999. Its first rental offices were opened in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Company has also been present in the three Baltic states of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia since 2000. In addition, Poland, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia are now part of Sixt`s franchise network.
